Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vulu Vault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vulu Vault is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for compliance management and document collaboration. The Platform provides tools for task tracking, document storage, request workflows, and team management. Features may vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts within the same tenant.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants or users without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

6. Multi-Tenancy

The Platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization ("tenant") operates in an isolated environment. Data from one tenant is not accessible to other tenants. Administrators within your organization control user access and permissions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulu Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
